I started my journey to create The Virtual Tribe in 2022 after returning to work from maternity leave and working for 2 years in various corporate settings. I found it difficult to juggle motherhood & a corporate career and found myself splitting my attention & dedication to either but not both. 

I knew something had to change for me & my son, he wasn't getting the best of me & I wasn't enjoying any part of my life. Which led me to here - creating this virtual assistant business, something I can build for myself, founded on flexibility and not having to compromise on any part of my life, whilst retaining the ability to provide for my child. 

For the past 7 years I have worked in various  media agencies (Ogilvy, Forwardpmx, Havas,) servicing & growing my experience of Social Media & social media advertising. This experience builds the foundation of my offering, leveraging this expertise I am helping small businesses & entrepreneurs to nail their social media presence. 

Additionally to this, I aim to support my clients with a broad spectrum of administrative tasks that they would otherwise struggle to keep on top of in reasonable hours of the day. By alleviating this pressure, my clients can focus on the growth & innovation of their business, driving success & overall happiness.  

We offer a variety of social media marketing services, including social media management, advertising, content creation, and more. Our services are designed to help small to medium businesses increase their online presence and reach their target audience.

We have extensive experience with working with Neurodivergent business owners to help prioritise and organise the day to day running of their businesses to help them avoid burnout and fatigue. 

We are passionate about supporting women owned businesses. Women supporting women is where it's at!
