Representative Client Contract for The Virtual Tribe

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES CONTRACT

This Virtual Assistant Services Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between [Your Name] (referred to as the "Virtual Assistant") and [Client's Name] (referred to as the "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," for the provision of virtual assistant services as described below.

1. Scope of Services:

5. Confidentiality:

i) Any work or materials created by the Virtual Assistant during the provision of services shall remain the intellectual property of the Client. The Virtual Assistant hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such work or materials to the Client.

7. Termination: 

i) Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing [number of days] days' written notice to the other Party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Virtual Assistant for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Independent Contractor: 

i) The Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the Client. The Virtual Assistant shall be responsible for paying their own taxes and shall not be entitled to any employee benefits provided by the Client.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

10. Entire Agreement:
